Strong Attack Launched Against TB Joshua

TB Joshua Church Nigeria | tbjfansuk.wordpress.com

We at TB Joshua Fans UK believe that the first to present his case will always seem right until  another comes and questions him. It is patience in asking the right questions that will force either probity or deception to reveal itself where present. But whether true or false, what we stoutly represent is a refusal to accept a one sided story like other partisan sites and whatever stance you may have taken on this controversial prophet, either as a supporter or critic, it still remains unequivocally clear that most of the stories circulating the internet that are mitigating against this prophet at most came from those who were once his ardent front-line followers, aside from raising a red-flag by giving quite some weight to their testimonies, and being a bothersome thorn in the flesh of pro-Scoan folks, it also further demystifies the personality of TB Joshua In the context of him still having an increasing local and international follower-ship even with just about enough defaming material to quickly set people on their heels away from him. A quick search on Google will reveal various testimonies by these ex-disciples of TB Joshua’s ministry, putting forward quite vehemently, debasing claims of sexual abuse and ill- treatment allegedly suffered at his hands, and this was well complemented with further questions in animosity of the legitimacy of the very miracles that seemed to have prompted them to follow TB Joshua in the first place. We at TB Joshua Fans UK  would never have contested the “truthfulness” of these allegations if the word “betrayal” never existed, that is, the possibility of all these claims of abuse being falsified and untrue just as some others hold that it is true, is what qualifies it as a debatable issue, for at least those who have never lived within the Scoan premises.

It is however quite surprising that we hardly ever hear stories like this about other ministers or pastors, and the reason most likely, as our findings report is his peculiar style of training followers as disciples, different from the modern conventional methods. Quite a number of ministries have a former school for disciples who desire to be trained for ministerial work, with a process for enrollment, tuition for training, a well defined course outline in discipleship training and finally a certificate issued proving that they met the required standards during their training, but TB Joshua’s methods seem very far from this in a peculiar sort of way, apart from having his imposing edifice at the SCOAN, Lagos Nigeria receiving and playing host to thousands of pilgrims from across the world, it also houses men and women from different countries, of different ages and works of Life who have left their countries, homes, Jobs and others to follow this man as disciples, with him bearing the full responsibility for their upkeep. The prophet Himself is said to live in the same compound with his disciples and in an interview with Evelyn Joshua, TB Joshua’s wife – they are there for an indefinite period of time, in her words she said “its a lifelong training” now we know that the implications of this would be at first unprecedented, but now the results are definitely crystallizing out clearly – with all the defaming allegations circumventing the internet as well as the advent of the “wise men” who seem to be the evidence of those who have being fully trained.

Having lived with the prophet for years, a lot of these disciples would definitely know more about the inner workings of the ministry, so without asking questions and getting a different account from other ex-disciples, the populace would have no choice but to believe them, without getting to hear the other side of the story  – So the purpose of this post is to bring into debate the allegations made against TB Joshua by certain ex-disciples, of which several similar ones exist, carefully considering their possibility of occurrence whilst subjecting them to sound reasoning and if possible come to a logical conclusion.

The first we shall consider with an excerpt from an anti-scoan website  is “The story of Emma“,  A Scoan ex-disciple who had supposedly dedicated ten years of her Life to Scoan,  her claim of  abuse and ill treatment is stated below.

I’m very grateful to have found this site. I personally have been affected by TB Joshua and the SCOAN in a most negative way. I’m eternally grateful to Jesus for giving me a second chance when I was so deeply deceived. Since leaving SCOAN I have discovered a completely different side to God – an intimate relationship with Him with no human mediator, and total forgiveness without your past mistakes being used to break you down.
I plan on sharing my 10 year experience of being a disciple in increments as I have the strength to do so. I prefer to do it anonymously for my own safety and that of my family. I left about a year ago and am still coming to grips with the reality that SCOAN was a cult. It was a big shock when I realised that what I’d given my life to and built my future upon is nothing but a cult. I was horrified to find that the isolated communal lifestyle, denial of privacy, late night meetings, sleep deprivation, reporting, character breaking disciple meetings and so on, occur in most cults and have nothing to do with the Holy Spirit’s leading of TB Joshua as I once believed. I read about cults like Mormonism, Jehovah’s witness, Scientology, The twelve tribes, Indian guru cults, etc and saw striking similarities. They also record your confession and use it to silence you should you later leave like what happened to Bisola Johnson in Beware of Blasphemers. They also encourage that you sell your possessions and give it to their leaders, live in community and give all decision making authority to the leader. They also have meetings of character assassination, ie, monitoring, reporting and correction as SCOAN calls it. They also live in “compounds”, communal living where access to information is controlled, the leader’s videos / teachings are continually played to you and a false reality “euphoria” is created with no opportunity to question.
The hardest thing for me to come to terms with is the fact that I may never see my loved ones (brothers and sisters as they’re called in SCOAN) again. I sometimes feel guilty as I “move on with my life”, that I’m leaving so many sincere, but sincerely deceived people behind and it seems as if there is not much I can do to open their eyes. Since I had completely cut off from my family and friends – it now seems very strange to reconnect with them after 10 long years. So many things have changed but in some ways, I am exactly where I started before I joined SCOAN – I have no qualifications, no job reference, no proof of what I’ve done with my life. I’m only beginning to see the effects of many years of sexual and emotional abuse I received from TB Joshua. But I am determined more than ever to trust in God alone, deal with my past in His strength and become what He made me to be.

For the anti-scoan folks who subscribe to her story, what are your strong reasons for believing what you never witnessed about  a Prophet of renown?

And for the pro -Scoan folks why would you refuse to believe her story?, what in your opinion could she possibly gain by lying?

Love to hear your thoughts in the comments…!

When We Met TB Joshua,The Most Accused – (Mark’s and Joe Story Part 3)

In this post we shall be looking at the prophetic ministry of TB Joshua and why people castigate his so much on the internet sites, some going as far as forming a blog just to write fabricated stories about TB Joshua and his ministry. We recommend you read Part one and Part two to follow the story according to Mark and Joe.

Mark and Joe Story Continues:-

In Genesis 5-7, Noah, through building the ark, prophesied that the entire civilization would die by a flood. He alone with his family would be the only survivors.

Yet some people write:

  • “We’re angry what he claims was a prophecy was useless for anything except giving him bragging rights.”

In 1 Kings 20:27-28, “The man of God came up and told the king of Israel, “This is what the Lord says: ‘Because the Arameans think the Lord is a god of the hills and not a god of the valleys, I will deliver this vast army into your hands, and you will know that I am the Lord’. For seven days they camped opposite each other, and on the seventh day the battle was joined. The Israelites inflicted a hundred thousand casualties on the Aramean foot soldiers in one day.” One hundred thousand Arameans died that day, enemies of the Lord.

Yet the same people would write:

  • “We’re angry that someone representing Christianity is using a tragedy for self-promotion.”

Throughout Scriptures, God Almighty reveals to His children the tactics and strategies of the enemy so that they can be well-guarded and well-secured. God can use any medium to express Himself today. In Biblical times, He used the medium of His servants, the prophets and apostles. Today, He still uses the medium of His servants, the prophets and apostles. Prophet T.B. Joshua is one such servant of God, speaking forth what God has put in his heart and on his lips for the sake of God’s people and those who are to become a member of the household of faith. Yet some would say:

  • Etc, etc, etc.

We know the source of these prophetic messages – Prophet T.B. Joshua speaks directly, live from The SCOAN on Emmanuel TV for the world to see and conclude in their own heart.

Do we know the source of this blasphemy? Where are these voices, these words coming from on the internet? Who are they? Where do they come from?

Do you really believe everything you hear on the internet?

Recall this confession:

“The internet is our tool to destroy this world…

Thousands encircle TB Joshua’s church for healing and deliverance

Thousands of people, acting on a hint that the Founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nations, Prophet T. B. Joshua, would minister in Accra yesterday, thronged the Ghana branch of the church, off the Spintex Road, seeking divine intervention in their lives.

Prophet Joshua shepherds one of the largest unorthodox Christian congregations in Africa and is renowned for his healing and deliverance ministration.

The large number of worshippers spilled over the church auditorium and premises onto the street outside, stretching for as long as about 100 metres, with canopies erected on both sides of the street to accommodate the anxious congregants.

Some of those who could not find space under the canopies had to sit or stand in the scorching sun, with a few taking shelter under small umbrellas.

The Daily Graphic team had a tough time entering the premises of the church, as the crowd jostled one another to find convenient places to seek divine intervention.

Some of the ushers of the church were very hostile to the Graphic team, leading to heated exchanges at one stage.

But, eventually, an official of Emmanuel TV, the media organisation of the church, intervened and ushered the team onto the church premises, where church officials were very helpful.

The Daily Graphic later learnt that some journalists who had visited the premises earlier had been manhandled and detained by some officials of the church.

That incident must have prompted the heavy presence of police and military personnel on the premises to maintain law and order.

Although Prophet Joshua did not show up at the service, many of the worshippers were not perturbed, as they claimed to have received healing, deliverance and breakthroughs in their lives.

The moment to justify the long wait in the sun came when leaders of the church, identified as the three ‘Wise Men’, walked through the congregation, giving them spiritual touches for their healing and deliverance.

As the three ‘Wise Men’ laid their hands on the people, there were screams from the recipients of the holy touches, screams that were supposedly from demons fleeing and pleading for mercy.

A teacher at a school at Dansoman in Accra, Kwasi Amoah, was one of those touched by the three ‘Wise Men’.

“My brother, it was not easy; it was as if some power has passed through my system,” he told the Daily Graphic.

Mr Amoah said he had attended the service because he had heard that Prophet Joshua would be ministering.

He said having seen Prophet Joshua’s spiritual exploits on television, “I knew that when I come anything tormenting me will stop”.

He said things had not been going on well in his job and he attributed that to spiritual reasons.

A resident of Odorkor, an Accra suburb, Naa Dedei, had been suffering from stomach ache for a long time, but after a touch from one of the three ‘Wise Men’, she said, “I feel good now.”

Rita Norla Amegbletor, a resident of Tema, had attended the service seeking spiritual solutions to her marital problems.

She expressed the belief that her marital problems had been solved, but she was relying on time to confirm her marital breakthrough.

For Tony Ikefuna, a resident of Awoshie, also in Accra, he had gone to the service to seek healing for his headache and high blood pressure.

After the service, he said, “I am okay.”

TB Joshua’s Triumphant Entry Into Ghana

A church programme scheduled for Tuesday morning in Ghana’s national capital, Accra, by Prophet T. B.

Joshua of Nigeria has caused chaos and humongous gridlock on the Spintex road and its enclave.

The entire Spintex enclave has been invaded by a sea of cars, some of which have parked haphazardly on the side of the road.

Thousands of Christians and members of the Synagogue Church Of All Nations Synagogue (SCOAN) have swamped the enclave for T. B. Joshua’s morning Church service.

Public figure David Ampofo, who described the situation as “total chaos” in an interview with XYZ News also wrote on his facebook wall that: “Come and see what is happening on Spintex road. We can’t even go out to work or take the kids to school because T.B. Joshua has arrived in Ghana and is holding a service at his Church on Spintex road with a message from God for his flock”.

“Cars parked all over, on pavements, on the lawn, in every conceivable space. People trooping in large numbers on foot, making their way to see their “man of God”, describing it as a “shame” and asking: “What is wrong with us?”

Mr. Ampofo wondered why so many thousands of people would abandon their jobs on a Tuesday morning to go to worship with T. B. Joshua.tb-joshua_crowds

When We Met TB Joshua,The Most Accused – (Mark’s and Joe Story Part 2)

We recently posted an article titled “when we met Prophet T.B. Joshua “by Mark and Joe former ex-disciples of Prophet T.B. Joshua.  The two obviously have a lot to say but had to write it in parts for better understanding.  They made a point in part one regarding those who claim that Prophet T.B. Joshua does not call the name of Jesus Christ and that his doctoring is not of God.  The video posted in part one clearly confirms that Prophet T. B. Joshua called the name of Jesus many times within the 25 mins Sermon.

In this post Mark and Joe have provided yet another extra ordinary miracles God has done through Prophet T. B. Joshua.  You need to watch and comment on these videos – letting us know what you think, whether what you see is the work of God or work of Satan. In our previous post we promised to address the address the healing ministry of TB Joshua, below are handfuls of CANCER / ULCER CASES one of the most deadly disease:-

IS THIS THE WORK OF GOD OR THE WORK OF SATAN?

Click Here To Watch More Cancer Cases
All these cases above are what we witnessed and in fact are a beneficiary of one. Many people are dying all over the world from these sickness and diseases Satan has afflicted them with. In the early 90’s we came in a group of 112 from South African to visit the SCOAN, that was how we met Prophet T. B. Joshua for the first time – a humble man to the core indeed. After we visited the SCOAN couple of times we decided to join the SCOAN as a disciple. Brethren we shall be publishing what we witness….. To be continued in part 3

TB JOSHUA DELIVERANCE – IS IT BIBLICAL? RESPONSE

It is an awful feeling to have us react to this absurd expression by the critics of SCOAN as a Ministry and Prophet T B Joshua as an individual. It really amazes us to find people just vehemently, and relentlessly finding ways to discredit the good works of God through this ministry.

Now it is the issue of Deliverance – what will be next?

Ironically, it begs for reason why it is so oblivious to these people who camp themselves in the colony of ‘self righteousness’, and religious bigotry, nothing is just pleasing for them, just as it was with the Pharisees and Sadducees of old, so it is today with T B Joshua Critics.

The most ridiculous comparison or allusion of the modern ages, making comparison between TV shows and Deliverance taking place at SCOAN, how ridiculous! These are people who see themselves as Christians, or who had been recipient of the Grace before now, but just like the prodigal son, squandered what was their portion of the Kingdom of Light, and reversed with full throttle, back into the devils’ kingdom.

Let us put things into context, the TV shows hosted by Jeremy Kyle and are to express and probably settle family rivalries, issues, relationships, having no spiritual inclinations at all. Deliverance is the separation of the torturous spiritual beings without bodies, killing, stealing and destroying people’s lives, career, relationships and families.  One amazing point here is that the people being delivered and confessions through them of the evil deeds by the spirits inhabiting them, are unaware of what is being said through them, and that is why after the spirit is cast out in the Name of Jesus Christ, they deny any knowledge of what has been said. On the other hand, people who are on the TV shows know what they are saying, they are not under any ‘influence’. What a blatant ignorance!

Make sure you watch the video below!

Is it Biblical to carry out Deliverance?  Have these people read the Holy Bible at all, or they just interpret the Word to suit themselves and their motives?  We shall, encourage them to pray hard before reading the Bible, for the Holy Spirit to open their eyes and heart in order to understand.

What is the issue here please? Other Ministries have Healing, Deliverance schools and meetings, why is anything done in SCOAN attracting these cynical comments? ‘What people do not understand, they call names, but what they understand, the destroy’

Please dear readers and followers of our blog should not be deceived by these bigoted, disillusioned, and frustrated antagonists of SCOAN at large, they themselves need deliverance for the spirit pushing them to carry out all these attacks, be cast out of them.  They know for sure what is on ground, but they should drop all pride and own up to their frustration, and embrace the good works of God, but alas!, children of perdition will never listen.

Sometimes, we want to desist from responding to their issues, but we owe you good people the need to state the truth at all times, so that these people will not end up dragging you down with them, from the ‘Straight and Narrow’ road to eternal life.

But a note of warning to the bigots…….Leave these men alone, if their mission is of themselves, they will not last, but if they are of God, you will find yourselves fighting God Himself’ Acts 5:38
