Mr and Mrs Deusdedith Mutabazi and their son Derick came to The SCOAN to testify what God has done in Derick’s life. For one solid year, a 13-year old Derick dropped out of school due to a severe headache he developed. Desperate to find out the underlying cause of the headache that made their son to faint every 30 minutes, Mr and Mrs Deusdedith Mutabazi visited top-notch hospitals across Tanzania and Kenya. With no clear medical diagnosis and cure in sig…ht, the doctors requested MRI scan. The scan revealed a blockage in the brain, which triggered severe headache that caused Derick to faint every half hour. Strangely enough, Derick fainted at any time he was dressed and prepared for school. This affected his schooling, and consequently led him out of the classroom for one year. The doctors first prescribed 200 grams Epilim, but as the problem persisted, the prescription graduated to 500 grams dosage. Yet, there was no solution at hand. His situation worsened, as he started feeling an unusual heat all over his body. To cool down his body, he would drop ice cubes in the tea and water he drank. There were times when he rubbed ice over his body to him cool his body temperature.
Frustrated by their son’s health problems, Mr and Mrs Deusdedith Mutabazi turned to God through incessant prayers and the medium of the Morning Water. With faith, the parents ministered the Morning Water on Derick. The symptoms quickly faded away and Derick became firmly grounded in good health, thanks to the God we serve. Derick’s addiction to eating ice also went dead, completely.
To God’s glory, now 14 years old Derick has returned to school and faring very well. Recollecting his ordeal, Derick said he heard a sound in his head before each time he fainted. To hold onto life, he would race to the Emmanuel TV scrolling across the screen and quickly touch the screen before he blacked out. Joining his parents to advise viewers of Emmanuel TV all over the world, Derick said “distance is not a barrier and that God can you in a flash and He is a blessing for all”.
