Torturous is an understatement for what Mrs Mercy Onuoha from Anambra State, Nigeria had to pass through. After working for the Independent National Electoral Committee to the deserved rank of Senior Administrative Officer, she walked into her office one fateful day only to be shocked with a sack letter after 18 years of dedicated and successful employment. Eight people had been dismissed from employment and she was one of them, in an event that had made headlines in the national media. She was embarrassed as people would ask her what scandal she must have committed to have her name published for something that was not complementary. It was in the midst of these storms that she decided to seek justice and approached the court for redress. Justice proved to be another storm with prolonged adjournments that lasted two and a half years. She was actually at the point of giving up when she discovered Emmanuel TV and, through the testimonies she had witnessed through the cable, she realised that her issue could only be resolved by God. They came to The SCOAN in 2012 and received the Anointing Water and ministered it, in Jesus’ name. Behold, the very next day, she received a call that the presiding judge had passed a ruling in her favour, fully reinstating her to her job. Not only that, the court also ordered that all dues and salaries for the past two and a half years, be paid to her! Evidence of how the glory of God continues to flow in her life, was evident in a picture of her brand new car given to her husband by an old friend they had forgotten about. What a God we serve!
