HOW MUCH FAITH DO YOU HAVE? Week 22 Devotion

The promise of God can only be appropriated by faith which comes through hearing and obeying the Word of God. The instant you believe, you become a possessor of the Father’s nature and when you truly believe, your heart will be at rest. But if your heart is uneasy, if you are fearful or unsure of your future, this means you show no faith and you have not believed yet. Faith allows you to embrace what Jesus did for you on the cross. Faith reminds you that your sins are forgiven so you don’t have to be worried or be haunted by your past because your past is over. The mind is renewed by studying the Word and by acting on it. The Word has taught us the value and the authority of the name Jesus and it takes the place of the unseen Christ. The Word of God is Spirit and creates material things proving that the Spirit is greater than material. The Word of God living in you must become a part of you by meditation because meditation in the Word is a visit with Him. So, examine your daily life, you will find out how much faith you have, in your business, career and marital life.
“So Jesus answered and said to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ it will be done’.” (Matthew 21:21)
